tiny projects like this don’t pay the little joneses’ tuition bills, but you know that mrs. jones loves solving a nancy-drew-type challenge and  helping a friend.  so when a pal decided that this cute bench needed distressed paint all the way around (to match, natch) instead of just on the panels and legs, of course it was a yes!  here is before and after:
