as promised, here are snippets of samples done with my new sunny goode stencils, “knot” and “katie”:

“knot” reminds me of those monet earrings i wore in the ’80′s!…i’m excited about using it on the center panels of some cabinet doors.  “katie” may look familiar from the august issue of domino; it was shown on a painted floor, gorgeously done by sunny goode herself.  so, say that i was “inspired by” or “paying homage to”, or just go ahead and call mrs. jones a copycatter – i had to do a sample the same way to see if i could capture the look.
