my lovely client got a steal-of-a-deal on this armoire for her guest room: the perfect piece for company, with a place for a tv and big roomy drawers to unpack in.  upon arrival, though, it looked a little, well, less fabulous than the other appointments in the pretty, comfy room.  she requested a washed/aged finish to warm it up while still showing the knots and grain of the wood:
