lilly at the flea

the current state of mrs. jones’s physique (possibly cupcake-related?) precludes her from wearing the cute lilly pulitzer prints that some of her friends sport with such elan.  the classic pink & green lilly look, though, was inspiration for the treatment on this little flea market shelf.

have you seen the fall lilly pulitzer catalog?…how about the gilded chair with those acid-green walls?  the distressed chair against the glossy pale blue/gray?  (and it may be time to re-consider bangs…she makes them most appealing.)
