four samples for a lovely client considering treatments for a beautiful cypress-paneled library in a home they’re building.  different paint washes combined with tinted and gilt waxes…which one will they choose?

  1. Oh Man, Love those, especially that middle one. I love floors that color, and in a herribone pattern…umm. My client is Chicago has a very dark paneled (mostly plywood) library that now has fabulous furniture and I have been trying to convince her to paint or wsh all that wood a pale grey/stone color with that bit of light brown coming through. God, it would be so beautiful, like your samples. But nooooo, everyone wants to keep their dark stained wood…
