mrs. jones narrowly avoided potential disgrace recently….imagine if trousers belonging to a gentleman other than mr. jones had been discovered in the station wagon? quelle scandale! but a lovely client wished for walls to match a particular pair of her husband’s bermudas, and so the always-helpful denise at seabrook obliged, tinting the paint to the perfect shade and dubbing it “pumpkin shorts”. (the garment was of course returned post-haste.) my client chose this “endless vine” stencil for the walls of her office, applied in slightly metallic bronze and brown, over the pumpkin-y walls that had been given a broken-color glaze:
